Anita’s Yogurt is a 3 year-old food manufacturing business based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn with 10 employees. Our product is a dairy-free, organic coconut milk yogurt made in small batches in our own manufacturing facility, and has a fanatical following among health enthusiasts, vegans, followers of paleo and keto diets, people with food allergies, coconut lovers, and anyone who wants to get more probiotics.
The Administrative Assistant’s primary job is to provide administrative, operational, and project management support to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly. This is a paid position with room to grow in an exciting business!
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
The Director of Operations reports directly to the Founder & CEO and is responsible for daily operations at the production and plant levels. The Director works closely with the Plant Manager and production team to ensure product is made to spec and that the plant is operating optimally.
The Production Assistant will report to the Production Manager. The Production Assistant will be responsible for making and packing yogurt and facilities sanitation as part of the production team. Candidate should have food production and food safety experience. There is tremendous opportunity to grow with the company.
The Plant Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and smooth operation of equipment, hardware and facilities across the company. The Facilities Manager will work closely with the production team to ensure that all aspects of the facilities, such as space planning, sanitation, and deliveries are being handled according to company protocol on a daily basis. The Facilities Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations. Ideally, candidate should have plant operations experience. There is opportunity to grow with the company.
