Everyone asks “When are you going to make frozen yogurt?” For those who can’t wait, here’s a homemade recipe: Anita’s Yogurt, frozen with two other ingredients to make the most delicious probiotic dessert you will ever try!
Frozen Coconut Yogurt
16 oz Anita’s Yogurt
1/2 cup brown rice syrup
2 vanilla beans
Place the vanilla beans and brown rice syrup in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to bowl and place in refrigerator to chill. Whisk in the yogurt and transfer to a covered container to chill overnight. The next day, process in an ice cream maker per manufacturer’s instructions. Store covered in freezer for up to 3 months.
