2 frozen bananas, cut into 1-inch pieces
1⁄2 cup shelled pistachios, plus 1/8 cup chopped for garnish
1 cup Anita’s Yogurt, plus 1/3 cup for garnish
1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
2 handfuls fresh baby spinach
Add the frozen banana pieces, pistachios, Anita’s Yogurt, vanilla, and spinach to a blender. Blend until smooth and serve cold, garnished with Anita’s Yogurt and chopped pistachios.
